propr.xyz/transparency publishes an address directory, per-payout tx hashes, A-book/B-book split and hedging wallets. We checked: payouts are USDC transfers on Ethereum from a public payout EOA that calls a 'Payout Distributor' proxy contract; recent examples verified on-chain. Accounts are 100% simulated per Propr's own disclosure; payout is a reward for signal data.
