Privacy policy

PerpsMatch is a comparison site. You can use it without an account, and we don't sell personal data.

What we collect

• Usage analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and which pages people visit. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you personally; visitors are counted using an anonymized, daily-rotating hash.
• Google Analytics. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and firms people find useful. It sets first-party cookies. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland those cookies are off until you click Accept on our banner; until then Google only receives cookieless signals. We've turned off all advertising features, and Google's data is covered by Google's privacy policy.
• Outbound clicks. When you click through to a firm, we record which firm, which page you came from, the time, and your country (from our host's network data), so we know which listings are useful. We don't store your IP address, and clicks aren't linked to your identity.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard request logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

Cookies

We don't use advertising cookies. The only analytics cookies are Google Analytics's, and in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland they're only set if you accept them. You can change your choice any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. When you click through to a firm, that firm's own site or affiliate program may set cookies under its own privacy policy.

Third-party sites

Firm websites, block explorers, Trustpilot and other sites we link to have their own privacy policies. We're not responsible for how they handle your data.

If you contact us

If you email us, we use your email address only to reply. We keep it for as long as the conversation is useful and delete it on request.
